Services

All services provided by Off to Great Places are Person-Centred. This means the individual is at the centre of all supports.

We work to promote choice, control, self-determination and active participation whilst working toward achieving goals.

Developmental Education

Developmental Educators are multi-disciplinary specialists working with individuals and families to develop new skills, improve independence and enhance quality of life.

Early Intervention

Early intervention is a specialised support aimed at children living with disability and their families.

Behavioural Support

Behaviour Support aims to assist participants and their support networks to build their capacity in order to improve their quality of life, whilst building skills and minimising behaviours of concern.

What's the Buzz

A social skills enrichment programme designed to teach young people social and emotional intelligence.
